mysql_affected_rows is not documented to work with REPLACE INTO.
It would seem that this is intentional, as it is currently telling me that 2 rows have been
affected... in a table that only has one row in it.
Further, the row shouldn't be changing at all, near as I can figure, if I've got the
REPLACE doing what I think it's doing.
A bit hard to tell, when mysql_affected_rows is clearly not doing what I, the naive user, expected
for REPLACE INTO.
