note 23774 added to function.chmod

"Again, never forget that the file mode must be passed as an *octal* value, not as a decimal number or a string." although this is true in hard-coded values, if you're passing the octal number as a variable, as i emphasized before, it will need to be converted to a decimal using octdec($mode) instead of just $mode -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.chmod.php http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+23774 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+23774 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+23774
