why is it that while php can run perfectly with apache on my winME computer, and that it can run
some simple php scripts without variables/interaction neatly (e.g. hello world), but it cannot
handle variables (e.g. notice: unspecified variable blah blah blah... displayed on browser when
loading the script) and sometimes give error 500?
