note 23793 added to ref.swf

Problems compiling swflib with PHP-4.2.2, apache-1.3.26. I'm running ./configure (blah) --with-swf=/usr/local which is where I put swf.h - /usr/local/include, and libswf.a - /usr/local/lib.
