note 23836 added to ref.java

Installation is successful and I am able to access Java classes. HOWEVER, it seems that after my PHP code accesses Java once, and is changed (so I added a new code to PHP), I get an error "Fatal error: Unable to create Java Virtual Machine". The error goes away after I restart the Apache and works fine until I make another change.
