Actually this is the easiest way to retrieve and display db data:
$query = "SELECT * FROM $db_table WHERE userid='$userid'";
$result = mysql_query($query)
or die(mysql_error());
while ( $row = mysql_fetch_array($result) ) {
extract($row);
echo "$date $account $type $action $amount $decription";
}
mysql_free_result($result);
