note 23870 added to install.windows

I am also trying to get extensions to work under windows 2000 + IIS (run locally on a 2000 prof machine) php 4.2.1 and receive error: PHP Warning: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:/PHP/EXTENSIONS/php_gb.dll' - The specified module could not be found. in Unknown on line 0 I have tried all suggestions here and the paths, dll's etc are correct and exist. Anyone got it to work? how? -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.windows.php http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+23870 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+23870 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+23870
