has anyone else noticed that when a file is include_once() the 2nd time, superglobals are no longer
accessible in functions inside the file????
a.php:
include_once(inc.php)
include b.php
b.php:
include_once(inc.php)
any functions in inc.php won't see the superglobals ($_POST,$_GET etc) if they are called from
b.php
