setlocale function doesn't do anything ...
when I try to use gettext it's the same problem. gettext function doesn't translate
anything.
my serveur run with a Debian Woody 3.0
with latest gettext + apache 1.3 + php build
in my /etc/locale.alias fr, fr_FR, french was defined ...
May someone could help to understand the problem
