I found that my uploaded files get ownership of the webserver (www-data on Debian), not the user
that is executing the script. This is obviously NOT what I expect. The only thing that can be done
is to chmod to something reasonable. Maybe there are some other options (except for chown, which
requires webserver to use root privileges)?
