I'm trying to put a html newline character after each character in a string. The code worked
well until we updated the PHP to 4.2.1 and now I get a REG_EMPTY warning and it doesn't work :-
$keywords = ereg_replace("","<br>", $keywords);
For example ...
Fred
would become in html
F
r
e
d
However, I now get nothing as I'm not allowed to set the incoming character field to
"".
Can anyone help and tell me what I need to do sort this out ?
