note 24295 added to install.apache

so it took some mangling, but I got php 4.2.2 to compile with apxs2 and apache 2.0.40 changes are in sapi/apache2filter sapi_apache2.c line 534: change: ap_register_output_filter("PHP", php_output_filter, AP_FTYPE_RESOURCE); ap_register_input_filter("PHP", php_input_filter, AP_FTYPE_RESOURCE); to: ap_register_output_filter("PHP", php_output_filter, NULL, AP_FTYPE_RESOURCE); ap_register_input_filter("PHP", php_input_filter, NULL, AP_FTYPE_RESOURCE); and in php_fuctions.c line 93, delete those 3 lines.
