Anybody have any luck with apache 2.0.39 and the latest php? I was browsing this page and tried
many a things but nothng really worked. The only thing that semi works is loading php via the .exe
executable. Id rather have the module load, but that AddModule mod_php4.c ... i dont have
mod_php4.c anywhere, and this is starting to get my goat. I tried using apache 1.x again, but it
didnt seem to want to work correctly. I am running windows xp as well, and I know there are some
issues, but geez. I also have mysql running, like the latest version (something .40 i think) . It
seems some people are having trouble browsing my site at http://jediman.no-ip.com and things like when I login to my
admin account away from home, say at a schools computer, which has IE 5.x on it, it should work, but
the pages load and then quit and all I get is the "cannot find the page" message. This
also has been happening on my message boards, and I think enough is enough. Things seemed to work
for a while really, but now they dont. Any clue on how to get apache 2 (the version im using) and
php to work already? And I really wish to not have to sit here and compile. Im not a code junky by
nature, and it would be great if someone had a working version for a distrobution. Thanks for any
help!!
