, I finally got Apache 2.0.40+PHP4.3.0 working on my NT4.0sp6. Lessons I learned in the last two
days include:
(1) Put the php.ini on \winnt\system32, not \winnt\.
(2) Download the latest version of PHP4 from http://snaps.php.net/win32/
