note 24551 added to function.move-uploaded-file

I have a strange problem of upload via a php script. The files uploaded are not identical to the sources but are modified. For a Jpeg for example a line "Content-Type:image/pjepg" is added at the beginning of the file. A file uploaded via FTP and the same one uploaed via the script don't weight the same. I suspect a problem more linked to Apache than PHP or my scripts (which by the way work perfectly on another server). Has anyone ever got this problem ?
