note 24583 added to function.htmlentities

If you want to display a string in a VALUE tag and have used specific national characters (ascii above 127) use rather htmlspecialchars otherwise you have converted all characters with unexpected results while VALUE tag needs only single quote and double quote converted. -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.htmlentities.php http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+24583 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+24583 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+24583
