Concerning question 12(broken includes etc.) :
i found that in my case HAVE_SYS_RESOURCE_H wasn't defined in microtime.c, so sys/resource.h
wasn't included. After commenting out the #ifdef HAVE_SYS_RESOURCE_H (and the corresponding
#endif of cause) everything worked fine.
I think something went wrong during configure, but i couln't find out what.
