After many hours of frustration, I discovered that Netscape 4.7x handles the Location header
differently than IE 5.5/6.
Most importantly, if the destination specified in Location is the same URL as the page from which it
is called, it does nothing!
Use the <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="delay;url=newurl"> instead.
This works on both browsers:
header("Location: GoToURL");
echo "<meta http-equiv=\"refresh\" content=\"0;url=GoToURL\">";
