this echos d:/www/cs/admin/config.php and the include successfuly includes the config file.
this:

session_start();
echo $conf;
include $conf;
?>
does not include the file correctly and my paths are fouled up after that, even though in the
previous code block the echoed path is the same as the successful inclusion path and 'include
$file' appears to be acceptable syntax based on the include function documentation
Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks
