If apache runs with php as module, and you set :
magic_quotes_runtime(TRUE);
at the beginning of a script, even if you set :
magic_quotes_runtime(FALSE);
at the end of your script...
and if the script fails ( if somebody press STOP in I.E for exemple ) then THIS apache process (but
not the others) keep magic_quotes_runtime=TRUE :-(
