To use two (or more) versions and/or configs of PHP with as many (or more) versions and/or configs
of Apache just put php.ini and php4ts.dll into the server root (e.g. "%ProgramFiles%\Apache
Group\Apache" or "%ProgramFiles%\Apache Group\Apache2"). It works for me with W2K,
Apache-1.3.26/PHP-4.2.2 and Apache-2.0.40/PHP-4.2.3-dev.
