Note that apparently there was a change sometime between 4.0.6 and 4.2.1 that no longer allows
spaces in the optional parameter list.
In 4.0.6
mail("foo@foo.foo", "subject", "content", "From:
no-reply@foo.foo", "-N never");
worked fine, but in 4.2.1 it is simply ignored without an error message other than mail returning
false. Changing it to
mail("foo@foo.foo", "subject", "content", "From:
no-reply@foo.foo", "-N never");
made it work again.
