I have some problems getting a GMT+1 time. I think it's something wrong with my code, but I
can't see it.
$date = gmdate("d.m.Y H:i:s", mktime(date("H")+1, date("i"),
date("s"), date("m"), date("d"), date("Y")));
This line returns wrong date, and my computer is set to GMT+1. So if the hour is 09 on my computer,
is returns 08! I really can't figure out what's wrong here!
