The Windows binaries are still not compiled with the xslt functions I think. I've installed
version 4.2.3 today and I got a "Call to undefined function" error.
Will this be changed in the next release?
However, is there another way to activate these functions using the libxslt.dll? If so please let me
know, otherwise I have to continue calling the xsltproc.exe with exec()/system() or using the slower
sablotron xslt.
