Warning, if an empty string is extracted to a variable, the variable won't be updated! Must be
a bug.
Example :
fscanf($fp, "%[^:]:%[^:]:", $v1, $v2);
in the file you have:
1:1:
2::
and you get:
$v1 = "1", $v2 = "1"
then
$v1 = "2", $v2 = "1" (instead of "")
hmmm, i think i'll forget about PHP. Java is sooo much better :)
