note 25253 added to function.setcookie

Thankfully, I'm NOT the only one having problems!!! Has anyone ever come across a definitive (and even I now know there is no such thing when talking cookies!) on 'How to Use Cookies' ? As we all have to start somewhere, I'm one of those 'Newbies' and am finding it very difficult - only because there's too much information out there - to get to grips with cookies. I've just about figured it out in PERL (thanks to a very simplistic example!!!) but can't mentally grasp the meta'php'oric Bull by the Horns! Perhaps this should be a topic for phpBuilder to re-visit (in the not too distant future - please!) to at least attempt to cover the more common situations ($globals = off and the like...), M$IE v4, v5.0, v5.5, v6.+++, NS v.(very $variable !!!) etc... Having attempted 90% of the examples just *here*, I'm still none the wiser. Perhaps I'm running $globals_ineptitude = on (permanently!) But surely, I'm not alone... Should I be?
