note 8199 added to SNMP functions

I followed the instruction, set the
NO_ZEROLENGTH_COMMUNITY to 1, and
configure the PHP with ucd-snmp-hack
enabled, but still got segmentation
fault! Anybody has any ideas?
I am using PHP4.0.1pl2, Ucd-snmp-4.1.2,
Apache-1.3.12.
