hebrevc create an xhtml violation because its adding <b"r> (wrote " because its
jumping a line here...) instead of <br />.
to fix that i did:
$row[content] = some text with new lines and so on..
$content = hebrevc($row[content]);
str_replace ('<b"r>', '<br />', $content);
