I've basically only been using php for the past two days, but I ran this code:
$query = pg_query( $connection, "SELECT * FROM eventTable");
$num_rows=pg_num_rows( $query );
then I printed ou the $num_rows, and ran through a for loop bounded by $i < $num_rows, and
everything worked fine, so I think this function works okay now. Maybe it got fixed. I am running
php 4.2.3, apache 1.3.6, and Postgresql 7.2.1.
