Something seems to have changed somewhere down the line regarding flush() not working on Apache/PHP
on Win32. With my Apache/1.3.26 (win32) PHP/4.3.0-dev (apache module), it works great. See here: http://kahnews.cjb.net/misc/flush_test.php
