note 25494 added to install.apache

I had a hard time finding a guide on how to set up apache+mod_ssl+php for secure server transactions. Here is did to get this combination up and running. Most of this is borrowed from an article published on devshed.com http://www.devshed.com/Server_Side/PHP/SoothinglySeamless/page1.html I made some modifications, but this guide helped a lot.
