note 25568 added to install.apache

A note of caution to those that are considering trying to get PHP 4.2.3 working with Apache 2.0.40 - it is indeed possible to make them work together, albeit with some issues. You may experience major difficulties when attempting to install and configure PHP-based bulletin board software like Invision or phpBB2. There seems to be interoperability issues between Apache / PHP that are encouraging me to drop back to Apache 1.3 but stick with PHP 4.2. My advice is that if you're uncertain if Apache 2.0 is right for you, stick to 1.3 but go ahead and upgrade to PHP 4.x. Wait for all the interoperability issues to get sorted out.
