note 25589 added to intro-whatcando

what about the differences between PHP and WebSnap (Delphi)??? It seem be a tool to generate an HTMS/XML file on a server to be showed in a browse anywhere... does it able to access the local computer serial port?? could I do a modal Checkout for a supermarket with it, exploring full hard access??? sorry for my ignorance... nowadays, I'm locked in a box using Delphi.. and I really would like to now more about this....
