Win32 builds of php do not have the funciton unlink() because unlink is grouped with other functions
that are only compiled into PHP if the operating system in use supports symbolic links - this is an
error, since unlink() is the system function used under win32 to delete files. You can recompile
PHP to allow unlink() to be called under Win32 by modifying a few lines in link.h, php_link.h, and
link.c (all you really have to do is move #endif and swap a few lines)
