The section on $GLOBALS

ironically is the only one missing the paragraph mentioning the register_globals behavior.
If someone has installed a newer php and can't figure out why $GLOBALS is not longer returning
the expected value, I'd expect them to be reading the $GLOBALS paragraph, not the various
warning(s) at the top of "Predefined Variables"

The paragraph in $GLOBALS should steal some of the content from the Prefeined discussion or provide
the equivalent of the discussion of that appears in the other vars starting with " If the
register_globals directive is set, then ..."
