note 25772 added to function.rand

i recommend md5(time()) for 'random' strings, i know these aren't random but you get a longer alphanumeric string, i use it for stopping caches and forcing images etc.. off a server im using select * from table order by rand() limit 1 for a motd script, and it is always the same one shown in php, but when i run it at the mysql command line it does change.. though i only have 2 motds atm -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.rand.php http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+25772 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+25772 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+25772
