note 25830 added to function.imagesetthickness

This function does not work properly, since the results are awefull! It does not calculate the angel of drawing (so a horizontal line will look thick, a 45-degree line will look much thinner) and when you draw a line from point to point its not a straight line but includes "hops" and "holes".
