curl_exec always returns an error message that says the browser doesn't support frames and says
to upgrade the browser.
I'm using Netscape 4.x/Mac and it does support frames. Could it be that the CURL functions,
acting in place of a browser, don't support frames? Could it be that there's an option in
the CURL module that switches frame support on/off?
Which options have default values and which require the programmer to set them?
