I've been experiencing some problems with undesireable caching with phpMyAdmin and phpBB on my
test system (PHP 4.2.3 and Apache 2.0.36 on a WinXP box) - IE6 absolutely *wanted* to cache
everything, and there was no way to refresh the cache, except deleting all the files.
I accidentally stumbled on the solution today, though: it looks like something within the system (I
suppose IE6, but I can't be sure) won't allow sending two "cache-control"
headers, probably dismissing the first as soon as it receives the second. The problem was solved
easily by putting everything on a single line and sending just one cache-control header.
Hope this helps (sure it would have helped *me* =) ).
