I spent hours trying to get PHP to exec() under Win2K Server, but continualy got "Unable to
fork". It works fine under XP and Win2K Professional, but that isn't the deployment
environment - I suspect permissions.
However, I then spent 20 minutes trying the COM version and it works perfectly. It's probably
more secure as well. Use Jason's inc file as an example.

Anyway, if you're using Windows, my advice is try the COM interface first - don't waste
your time trying to fork.
