I have read all of the messages and maybe I'm dense but I don't see anything of any use
here. I am trying to execute a .bat file from a PHP script running in a browser. I can trigger the
.bat file but it only process about 2 lines of the file and then stops. I have also tried executing
the commands contained in the .bat file directly from the PHP script (cutting the .bat file out of
the equation) That doesn't work either. I have tried exec(), passthru() and system(). None of
them work at all. If anybody has any real, working ideas please let me know. BTW I am running Apache
1.3 and PHP 4.0 on WinXP
