When i was building httpd-2.0.36 with PHP-4.2.3 making was stopeed
with error in file ./sapi/apache2filter/sapi_apache2.c. To solve I change
lines 567,568 removing ``NULL'' parameter passed to functions
ap_register_output_filter and ap_register_input_filter
