Hello,
the Set_Socket_Timeout() Function won't work for me. I tested it on TCP and UDP Connections.
The host is not reachable, i used a dummy adress 211.214.151.23, 128.159.0.1 this adresses were
unreachable during my test.
I got a Timeout of about ~21 Sekunds from the PHP Console. May i do something wrong with it.
$getServerDataTimeout = 10;
$fp = fsockopen($host, $port, &$errno, &$errstr, $getServerDataTimeout);
socket_set_timeout($fp, $getServerDataTimeout);
