I downloaded PHP 4.2.3 installer
CGI only, MySQL support built-in, packaged as Windows installer to install and configure PHP.
then I installed it to my computer.
I have PWS in my computer .
I made a Php script and then save it to C:\Inetpub\wwwroot.But When I run the php script by IE.5 or
netscape4.7 this Error is happened:
HTTP Error 403
403.1 Forbidden: Execute Access Forbidden
This error can be caused if you try to execute a CGI, ISAPI, or other executable program from a
directory that does not allow programs to be executed.
Please contact the Web server's administrator if the problem persists
