note 26156 added to install.windows

Referring to infamous "Unable to load dynamic library 'xxx.dll' - The specified module could not be found.". After upgrading to PHP 4.2.2 (IIS 5, WIN2000 Server) the "gettext" extension wouldn't load with the mentioned error message. I tried anything in the PHP.INI without luck. Also copying the one or other file to SYSTEM32 - directory didn't help! Only when I copied ALL the dlls stored in the PHP/dll directory to the SYSTEM32 directory my extension was found. No idea why and how, but who wants to know after 2 hours of trial and error.
