ATTENTION Redhat8 USERS!
The default /etc/php.ini PHP configuration file has short_open_tag = Off. So if your PHP files use
<? ?> instead of <?php ?> or <script lang=php>, the PHP module and the command
line interpreter won't work. You just have to set short_open_tag = On. Nothing else has to be
changed for RH8.
