Does anyone know of a function (or lib) in MSVC++ that can encrypt a string in the same fashion that
crypt() does? I'm trying to write a website backend interface client with MFC and I need to
encrypt the password before I send it through the HTTP POST pipeline. If there isn't a
corresponding function, is there any other method I can use to encrypt password data to be stored in
my database that would be compatible with another C++ function or lib?
Thanks,
David
