Now I need some more help!
Having accessed my database and retrieved some data, I need to interpret the 'time' which
is stred as a 9 digit decimal. for example 1034281793 resides in the 'time' column, and
refers to 10th October 2002 21:46 .But my reading on time codes always refer to a 12 digit number
for storing time and date. what is the way to decode this?
Please help (again!)
