I'll save a lot of time and say:

"c:\php4build\snap\sapi\apache2filter\sapi_apache2.c" is not compatible with this version
of Apache (found 20020628, need 20020903). .
I am looking for a new/current/working copy of the sapi dll.
I've tried pretty much everything, cept hunt for a newer (appropriate) sapi build.
