a clarification to my note from 27-Mar-2002:
- the proposed dll only works for php-4.1.2 (or was it 4.1.1?)
- the main problem is that the downloadable windows php binaries are compiled *without*
HAVE_SABLOT_SET_ENCODING, which triggers the "xslt_set_encoding() is not supported in this PHP
